Return Conditions:

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable unless faulty.

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
   

Refund Process:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
